Closing Instructions
Please read the following carefully. If items are not completed before the day of your closing,
we may have to reschedule your appointment.
PRIOR TO THE DATE OF CLOSING, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

Ensure the technicians will have access to a working hose spigot and electric outlet outside during the visit.

Make sure that the filter and pool area are free of overgrown weeds and insects.

Place all closing supplies poolside (cover, plugs, water tubes, etc.)
***If plugs or water tubes are unavailable or in bad condition, we will supply new ones for an additional charge*** -
If you are having us do a partial closing, the pool must be uncovered when we arrive. We will reschedule the appointment to the next available date if the pool is covered.

Leave the pool gate unlocked and please keep pets inside during service visit.
CLOSING INCLUDES:

Lowering water to appropriate level

Blowing out lines and adding antifreeze

Cleaning & inspecting filter
-
Winterization of pool equipment
-
Removal of ladders and handrails
-
Adding closing chemicals
-
Installing cover (not included in partial closing)
Vacuuming can be scheduled with closing for $150 up to 1 hour for inground pools.
We are unable to vacuum above ground pools at time of closing.
